Walk and talk therapy

Walk and talk sessions are a different way to approach therapy. Sessions are outdoors as we walk and talk in an area with a bit of nature. The combination of being outdoors and physical movement can be incredibly helpful to gain a different perspective on difficult issues as well as enhance feelings of wellbeing.

Walk and talk sessions are 50 minutes long and take place around the Central/Mid-Levels area.
